Customer Appreciation Day Winner Announced
City officials announced that Mrs. Eugenia Morales was chosen winner of the contest following the 5th Annual Recycling Center Customer Appreciation Day held on Saturday, October 11th.
As the lucky winner, Mrs. Morales will soon be receiving free weekly recycling collection service at her home during the months of November and December.
The annual customer appreciation day event is the City’s small way of saying “thank you” to all of those citizens who participate in Jackson’s recycling program.
The Recycling Center, located at 508 Eastview Court, is currently open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Recyclables collected at the center include cardboard, newspaper, magazines, office paper, junk mail, Styrofoam, grocery bags, clear, green and brown glasses, all plastic containers, aluminum, tin and steel cans.
