Jackson Area Youth Football (JAYF) TBA Football Park Football fundamentals for youth in grades 2-6. Fee $25.
Park Day April 26,
Starting at 8:00 a.m.,
Lunch at 11:00 a.m.
Meet at Shelter #1 Public clean-up day, T-shirts and refreshments are offered. No participation fee.
Men's Softball League Sign up in April. City Park  Adult men's softball league. Fee $500/team.

Senior Social  April 23, 1:00-3:00 PM Jackson Senior Center  Live band entertains, refreshments, & prizes are offered. Admission is free.

Planet Hubble Creek TBA  Shelter #1 & Rotary Lake  The Missouri Dept. of Conservation will present a clinic on the universe of Hubble Creek. The clinic will promote lifetime conservation skills, developing appreciation for our community schools. The program is offered to I.C., Public, and St. Paul Schools.
Jackson Youth Baseball League TBA Brookside, City, & Litz Park Baseball League serving youth ages 5-18. League Fees: $40-$100.

City Pool TBA 1:00-8:00 PM City Pool Open for swimming lessons, swim meets, and recreational enjoyment.
Senior Social May 28, 1:00-3:00 PM Jackson Senior Center Live band entertains, refreshments, and prizes are offered. Admission is free.

Main Park Rock Garden Live musical entertainment. Bring lawn chairs. Free to public.

All Cancer Erased (A.C.E.) Tennis Tournament

June 7 & 8   

Cape Girardeau, Corner of Sprigg & Bertling

Youth and adult tennis tournament.  T-shirts to all, winners receive awards. Entry fee.  Click here for form.

Municipal Band Concerts

June 5 - August, 8:00 PM Thursday evenings

Band Shell

Weekly bank concerts performed by city band members.   Admission is free

Fourth of July Celebration July 4th, All Day City Park & Shelter #1 Events: Car Show, Music, Mud Volleyball, Art in the Park, Crafts, and Fireworks all in one day!  Admission is Free  
Explore Your World - Summer Youth Program July 14-17, 8:00-11:00 AM City Park, Shelter #1 Explores the world of nature and science (Ages 6-10).  Class Fee $20.
Homecomer 5k & Childrens 1 Mile Run July 22, 6:30 PM American Legion Baseball Field Parking Lot Race event running 3.1 miles & 1 mile youth run.  Winners receive plaques.  Entry fee $20. Click here for form.

Movie in the Park Aug. 1, 8:00 PM City Park Rock Garden Movie for public viewing. Bring lawn chairs. Free to public.

Rainbow Trout Fishing Program Begins November 1 Rotary Lake Cooperative program with the Missouri Department of Conservation. "Catch and Release" runs through Jan. 31, 2015. "Catch and Keep" starts Feb 1, 2015.

Lights of the Season First Sat of Dec - Dec 31 City Park Drive through Christmas light display on Parkview Street.  No setup fee.
Make A Joyful Noise - Holiday Celebration TBA City Park Christmas-themed choir songs and nativity scene. Warm refreshments will be served.
