WATER TEST RESULTS SHOW NO CONTAMINATION
City officials have announced the Boil Water Advisory is now lifted for the affected areas in Trail Ridge Subdivision, Kimbel Woods Subdivision, East Ridge Subdivision, and along Old Cape Road from Kimbel Woods Drive to Gloria Street.
The water distribution system has been repaired. Water quality testing has been completed and the tests showed no evidence of contamination. This confirms that the City of Jackson’s water is safe for consumption without boiling and residents can freely drink and use their water.
The city appreciates the patience of its customers through this process. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Public Works Department at 573-243-2300.
