Please note there is a convenience fee for payments made through the portal. THESE FEES ARE ASSESSED BY THE PAYMENT PROCESSOR, NOT THE CITY OF JACKSON. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY THROUGH THE PORTAL TO USE IT FOR TRACKING YOUR ACCOUNT.
TO MAKE A PAYMENT WITH NO ADDED FEES, we recommend you sign up for automatic withdrawal with the City (available on the 5th, 10th, or 20th - your choice) or generate a payment using your own bank's online payment service. The form to sign up for automatic withdrawal is available here.
