DREAM Initiative

DREAM stands for Downtown Revitalization and Economic Assistance for Missouri.  Through the coordination of many state agencies, primarily the Missouri Development Finance Board, Missouri Department of Economic Development, and the Missouri Housing Development Commission, the DREAM Initiative provides planning and financial assistance in order to establish grassroots Downtown (Uptown) revitalization.  Throughout the three-year planning process, public input will be gathered and incorporated into a strategic plan for Uptown Jackson.  For a preliminary map of the study area, please click here.
