    UPDATE: For all construction work being performed within the city right-of-way, the City of Jackson has adopted policies for temporary traffic control in accordance with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). Please review the Temporary Traffic Control Policy PRIOR to construction.
